Biopad – The Sequence Editor Biopad is an intelligent notepad for biological sequence analysis which make sequence handling an enjoyable and easy task for Bioinformatics and Life Scientists.

Biolets – Biolets is a biological sequence generator using which DNA, RNA and Protein sequences can be generated. It incorporates various probability distribution functions for generating random numbers which are then mapped into either nucleotides or amino acids as per user selection.

Se2Si- Sequence to Signal Converter: This tool generates digital signal corresponding to a bio-sequence. The various properties like hydrophobicity, EIIP, water-oil ratio etc are used to map bio-sequences to digital sequences.

MiTEx– MiTEx is a comprehensive tool for analysis of mitochondrial DNA. The tool shall list out all mutations in a sequence of interest, with reference to a standard sequence. The tool shall find out mitochondrial haplogroup and indicate regions of occurrence in world map.
